Overview

This unit investigates central topics in the philosophy of religion. Topics taken up may consider, among others, definitional, linguistic, conceptual, interpretative, metaphysical, epistemological, scientific, axiological, political, and historical questions about religion, particular religions, and response to religion and particular religions.

Workload

Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Scheduled activities may include a combination of teacher directed learning, peer directed learning and online engagement.
