Overview

This year-long program takes students on a transformative journey, giving them the confidence and skills they need to create the changes they'd like to see in the world. The program provides leadership masterclasses in self-awareness, values and ethics, decision-making, communication, collaboration, and positive social change. Students begin the program with a 3-day offsite residential, and during the program work in small groups to design and deliver a workshop that explores solutions to a current leadership challenge. Students also have the opportunity to opt into a service learning project with a community partner organisation to solve a real-world problem.
